Why all the fuss?

As unlikely as it may seem, Eileen will soon turn 50, beating many of us to the half century mark. The dread of the approaching birthday has been the subject of conversation for some time. Now that it is here, she still looks great and despite the normal wear and tear, such as eyesight, she remains remarkably intact.

To make this a memorable time, I am asking her many friends and family to post comments about her life and friendship and of course to encourage her into the next 50.

Wow, happy belated Birthday! You are such a sweet and beautiful lady! I admire so many of your wonderful qualities. I hope that the next 50 years are as great as the first 50. Hope to see you more this year!
